Vision Commercial Management has a wealth of experience in tendering works packages and employing the expertise of other specialist consultants and we’ve built strong relationships with both regional and national suppliers. We’d be very happy to discuss and recommend suitable subcontractors for your project if there are any gaps in your procurement plan.


As a client or subcontractor, you’ll need to be fully acquainted with current payment legislation under the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (‘The Act’). As a payer, missing a payment notice could easily result in you having to pay far more than you bargained for. And as a payee, you should be aware of your right to be told when and how much you are being paid along with detailed reasons why any deductions have been made.
