We’d be very happy to discuss and recommend suitable subcontractors for your project if there are any gaps in your procurement plan.

 

As a client or subcontractor, you’ll need to be fully acquainted with current payment legislation under the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (‘The Act’). As a payer, missing a payment notice could easily result in you having to pay far more than you bargained for. And as a payee, you should be aware of your right to be told when and how much you are being paid along with detailed reasons why any deductions have been made.
